“Have an idea, a challenge, or a conversation your organization needs to have? Tell me what’s happening. We’ll start there.”
I provide customized leadership development, training and facilitation, executive coaching, strategic planning, board development and retreats, organizational consulting, and inclusive leadership learning experiences. My work is designed around the needs of each organization rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
I work with public agencies, park and recreation organizations, nonprofits, associations, educational institutions, boards, leadership teams, and other mission-driven organizations. I also work individually with executives, emerging leaders, and professionals who are ready to grow their leadership capacity and navigate their next chapter with greater clarity and confidence.
Absolutely! In fact, customization is one of the most important parts of my approach. Before we begin, I take time to understand your organization, your people, your goals, and the challenges you are trying to address. From there, I design an experience that feels relevant to your participants and gives them practical strategies they can actually use.
No cookie-cutter training here!
My work centers around leadership, communication, workplace culture, inclusion and belonging, customer service, accountability, courageous conversations, emotional intelligence, team development, community engagement, and organizational growth.
If you have a challenge or topic that doesn't fit neatly into one of those categories, reach out anyway. Some of the best learning experiences begin with a conversation about what your organization is experiencing and what you want to accomplish.
Yes. I am available for keynotes, conference sessions, workshops, panels, retreats, professional development programs, and facilitated conversations. Presentations can range from shorter conference sessions to half-day and full-day learning experiences.
My style is engaging, conversational, interactive, and practical. I want people to leave with more than great notes—I want them to leave thinking differently about what they can do next.
Yes. I provide individualized coaching for executives, supervisors, emerging leaders, and professionals navigating leadership transitions or new opportunities.
Coaching is personalized around your goals and may focus on leadership effectiveness, communication, decision-making, confidence, accountability, navigating organizational dynamics, or determining what's next in your professional journey.
Yes! I facilitate board retreats, leadership retreats, strategic conversations, team-building experiences, and planning sessions.
As a facilitator, my role is to create the structure and environment that allows people to have productive conversations, hear different perspectives, address the issues that matter, and leave with greater clarity about what comes next.
Both. I work with organizations in person and virtually, depending on the goals and format of the engagement. I also travel for trainings, conferences, retreats, and speaking engagements.
We'll determine the format that creates the best experience for your participants.
The earlier, the better—particularly for conferences, retreats, and customized training engagements. However, schedules and organizational needs don't always come with months of notice, so please don't hesitate to reach out.
If I have availability and believe I can provide the experience your organization needs, we'll explore what's possible.
It starts with a conversation.
I'll follow up to learn more about you, your organization, what you're experiencing, and what you'd like to accomplish. From there, we'll determine whether I'm the right fit and discuss potential approaches, timing, scope, and next steps.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the first conversation is simply about helping you get clear on what you need.
Because every engagement is different, pricing is based on the scope, level of customization, preparation required, length and format of the engagement, travel needs, and additional resources or deliverables requested.
Once we have an initial conversation and I understand what you're looking for, I can provide a proposal outlining the recommended approach and investment.
I bring more than three decades of leadership, public service, recreation, nonprofit, and organizational experience into the room—but I don't believe my job is simply to tell people what I know.
My job is to listen, ask the right questions, create space for meaningful conversations, and help people turn insight into action.
I believe leadership can be strategic and compassionate. I believe people learn best when they feel respected enough to participate honestly. And I believe meaningful change happens when we move beyond talking about what should happen and begin identifying what we're actually going to do next.
Yes—that's often the best place to start.
You may know that your team needs support, your leadership group needs to reconnect, your organization is navigating change, or there's a conversation everyone knows needs to happen—but you may not know exactly what the solution should look like.
That's okay.
Tell me what's happening. We'll start there.
