Tracey Crawford is a nationally respected consultant, executive coach, and speaker with a passion for building inclusive systems and strong, values-based leadership. With over three decades of experience in parks and recreation, therapeutic services, and nonprofit leadership, she brings unmatched insight into how people, policy, and purpose intersect.
A Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), Tracey is known for her ability to connect strategy with soul. She partners with public agencies, nonprofits, and boards across the country to lead Safe Zone conversations, strategic planning sessions, and organizational culture shifts that prioritize equity, accessibility, and human dignity.
At her core, Tracey believes leadership should be courageous, collaborative, and compassionate—and she’s spent her career proving that’s possible.
